| 2001 YOUNG BIRD RACE SCHEDULE NORTH-WEST COURSE
1. Number of Races - There will be two races each week released 30 minutes apart. Total of 14 races for the young bird series including the GSAF and Auction Race. 2. Shipping Limits - The shipping limit will be 20 birds per loft location, (postal address), for all club races. 3. Cancelled Races - If a race is cancelled because of weather, it will not be rescheduled. 4. Average Speed - 5. Clocking Limit - The first five pigeons clocked from each loft for each race will be figured and go on the race sheet. 6. Race Rules - All races will be conducted according to the latest AU Race Rules. 7. Training Birds - If there is space available on the trailer, training birds may be shipped each race week. Trainers will be released after the last club or special race. Trainers will be released from the 100 miles race station. A charge of $.25 per trainer must be paid to the Woodlawn Racing Pigeon Club. 8. Start Date - The first race of the young bird series will be seven (7) weeks prior to the GSAF which is the second Saturday in November. 9. Release Time - The release times from Junction, Texas (100 miles) will be at 10:00 and 10:30 a.m., from Eden, Texas (150 miles) at 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. No race birds are to be released before 30 minutes after sunrise, weather permitting.
